Roles
For testimonial content and related personal data submitted to, moderated in, or published from a customer's PraisePage wall, the customer is usually the controller and PraisePage is the processor.
Processing instructions
PraisePage processes customer personal data to provide and maintain the service, follow documented customer instructions, comply with law, protect the service, and perform obligations under the Terms and DPA.
Subprocessors
PraisePage uses subprocessors needed to provide the service, including Cloudflare, Clerk, Stripe, Resend, and customer-selected video providers such as YouTube or Vimeo.
Deletion and assistance
PraisePage reasonably assists customers with rights requests, security inquiries, breach response, export, deletion, and data protection impact assessment support where required and proportionate.
